About

We're entirely independent - so we can truly hold people with power to account

Who do we work with?

We assist survivors who are being supported in any capacity by other services who are unhappy with aspects of the support they have received.

We work with survivors of domestic abuse, survivors of rape and sexual violence, survivors of trafficking and exploitation, survivors of image-based abuse, survivors of trauma and survivors of gender-based violence.

When we can, we also assist any individuals who are accessing support services or are in supported living accommodation and feel they are not being treated appropriately.

If you do not identify in either of the above but feel you need help, do get in touch, as we try to assist anyone we can if we have capacity.

Why do we exist?

Often individuals access services when they are feeling powerless and at their
most vulnerable; it is their absolute right to be given appropriate, empowering
and fair support.

We believe many support providers, whilst meaning well, can sometimes patronise, oppress, disempower and further victimise individuals.

We have seen and experienced services deny people their human rights
through their provision of support. This is happening time and time again and
austerity is no excuse.

Our aim is to ensure that individuals are being given the support they deserve, and that organisations are acting legally, professionally, and being held accountable.
